Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before they ship.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
These are estimated delivery times and not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to carrier or customs issues outside of our control.
Order Tracking
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email us at maxjassad@icloud.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at maxjassad@icloud.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
